The BCS

The BCS is awful. BCS stands for bowl champion series; it is a computerized decision making process that will decide the college football national championship game. The first BCS rankings are out and they have decided that the top ten is: Oklahoma, Oregon, Boise State, Auburn, Texas Christian, Louisiana State, Alabama, Utah, Ohio State. Oklahoma does not deserve to be ranked number 1. They won by a touchdown or less in three games: Utah State, Cincinnati, and Air Force. Oregon has blown out all of their competitors. They deserve to be the best team in the nation. Oklahoma will lose as soon as they play a legitimate competitor.
How is Ohio State ranked higher than Wisconsin? They have identical records, but Wisconsin defeated Ohio State head to head. Yet OSU is rated higher than Wisconsin in the BCS. The BCS needs to be changed.
